Below, we have introduced some of our "Frequently Asked Questions" from applicants themselves and referring agencies. If a question you have is not answered below, please reach out and we will get back to you as soon as possible!

WHAT WILL A TYPICAL DAY LOOK LIKE IN THE PROGRAM?

The house will have a consistent schedule that is to be followed. Meals together, daily classes, therapy, Case Management, free time, and outings within the community are some of the things that fill the schedule but are subject to change.

WILL I BE ABLE TO HAVE A PHONE, JOB OR CAR?

Within the first stage of the program, these items are not permitted. However, as you progress within the program, access to these things becomes more available.

HOW LONG IS THE PROGRAM?

Every journey throughout the program varies from person to person.

WHAT SERVICES ARE PROVIDED?

  • Case Management

  • Various modalities of Therapy Life Skills Classes

ARE VISTORS ALLOWED? CONTACT WITH FAMILY AND FRIENDS?

Generally speaking, no visitors or in person contact is permitted within the first phase of the program. See our Policy and Procedures Handbook for more information.

CAN I BRING MY PETS?

We love animals, however, due to the housing leasing agreements, residents may not bring pets.

CAN I BRING MY CHILDREN?

Children are not permitted within the house at this time.

DO I HAVE TO BE ALL THE WAY ON THE JESUS TRAIN?

Residents are not required to be a Christian in order to receive services. Our programming is rooted in Christian beliefs; therefore Christian ideologies will be very present within the house. Church attendance and Bible study is a portion of programming.

WILL I GET MY OWN ROOM?

Rooms have a two person capacity; therefore, there is a possibility (and most likely will be) that you will be sharing a room with another resident. Due to resident variability, an individual might move out of a room, leaving somebody alone in a room. But, when a new resident arrives, that room will be filled.

CAN I SMOKE?

Yes smoking is permitted. Please see Handbook for more information.

As an organization, we are committed to following what is stated in our Key2Free Handbook. This handbook entails our policies and procedures and is available upon request.
