Who We Are
Amy Davis
CO-FOUNDER/CEO
Amy is a Co-Founder and the CEO of The Key2Free. She championed the inception of the agency and serves in various areas of the ministry. She has over 16 years of teaching experience and is skilled in multidisciplinary team coordination, program leadership, and strategic thinking. She continues to further the mission to end human trafficking in central Texas by promoting and developing innovative long-term aftercare services for survivors of sex trafficking, training incoming leaders, and empowering survivors to live a life free of slavery and exploitation. Amy has made it a priority to ensure the agency remains on the cutting edge of providers who specialize in serving survivors of sex trafficking and exploitation. Aside from the calling on her life to start this ministry in 2013, Amy continues to devote her time to The Key2Free so that each woman that walks through the doors feel the love of Christ in their own lives.

Teri Jansen
CO-FOUNDER/EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF PROGRAMS
Teri is a Co-Founder and the Executive Program Director with The Key2Free. With a background in Education & Administration, and over 20 years of classroom teaching experience, some of Teri’s strengths include public speaking, training, team leadership, relationship-building, curriculum design, program development, organization, and implementation. Her desire is to see those victimized come to full restoration through authentic relationship with Jesus Christ and to educate and equip individuals in the community with knowledge of the realities of human trafficking in prevention efforts. Teri’s heart and passion for the fight to abolish modern day slavery is evident in her intentionality, life-long learning and work ethic through commitment to The Key2Free since the beginning of the ministry in 2013.

Elizabeth Yocum
RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR
Elizabeth is the Resource Development Director and has worked with The Key2Free since 2018. She comes to the Key2Free with more than twenty-eight years of state and public administration experience working with children, families, and individuals as an agent of support and guidance. Elizabeth believes that change happens when people are given the support they need to draw on their God-given strengths and realize their potential to live-fulfilling, happy lives. Elizabeth is results-oriented, an innovative leader and can motivate others in order to create a supportive team environment. Her strategic thinking and critical evaluation skills allow for outside the box thinking so she can meet her desire to ensure her coworkers have the resources necessary to execute their roles within the organization.

Amanda Lawrence
RESTORATIVE HOUSING DIRECTOR
Amanda is the Restorative Housing Director and has worked with The Key2Free since 2019; however, she has been in the anti-trafficking field since 2013 when she began serving at a safe house called The Samaritan Women. Serving in various capacities from grocery shopping to overnight supervision, she learned that she had a passion for combating exploitation. Upon moving to Texas, she was trained by a survivor-led organization to start a strip club outreach, which was subsequently founded in April 2018. She also serves as one of the speakers for the Key2Free and loves teaching people about all aspects of the sex industry. Psalm 31:25 “She is clothed in strength, dignity, and laughs at the days to come.”
Marilyn Guzman
GRADUATE HOUSING DIRECTOR
Marilyn is the Graduate Housing Director and has worked with The Key2Free since 2019. With a background in Human Resources Management, this mother, wife and fervent servant in women's ministry selflessly serves this ministry well and in several capacities. Her passionate heart caters to the individual needs and details of the women within the ministry and team, and this is evident in her strengths in discipleship, excellence, hospitality, volunteer coordination and service alignment. Marilyn’s desire is that every woman who has an encounter with The Key2Free, also encounters the love and freedom of Jesus.

Sydney Patton
CASE MANAGER
Sydney is a Case Manager and has been with The Key2Free since 2020 and she brings a youthful and vibrant perspective that is incredibly refreshing and motivating. Sydney is very relational, and her strengths include extending grace, patience, hospitality, mentorship, marketing, organization, encouragement & affirmation. Sydney is passionate about the fact that these ladies have inherent value, dignity and worth because they were made in God's image. It is her mission in life to convey this truth to women who don't know that yet or have never had that truth spoken over them.
